So Beautiful Gosia! I love the sparks in her eyes, you have created such a delicate and innocent look, real angel look.
Regards
Renata

Intense and melancholic eyes... she looks like Gwyneth Paltrow. Well done, delicate and moody...

I don't know about you, bur it drives me insane when I upload something onto a critique site and you don't recieve any criticism. I like this shot and here's why: You have left a lot unsaid. I wonder through this site and those similar (eg. ********.com)and find endless images which tell you everything you need to know.

This doesn't and I think it suits the mood well. The look on her face is an original one and the fact she still has her 'baby nose' confirs that she is young and that look isn't a difficult one to give.

However, cropping your subject so tightly gives me the impression that the look in her eyes is insincere. I think if you moved away from her and made her lost in the vast blackness of the background it may have emphasised why she is so (seemingly) sad - lonliness, unfamiliar surroundings, etc.

Also, it may have been benificial to use a finer grain (ISO) to suite the smooth, flawless impression you are aiming for with the expression. (Lighting conditions may not have permitted this, but relivant nonetheless)

I love her eyes, they are the point where my eyes always return to - and if that was your intention, you have succeeded beyond my comprehension - a lovely shot!

- Justin

Sad Angel? I like that kind of soft light. Good portrait.
