How did you achieve this? Melissa's skin is always so fair, but here she looks like she has a tan! Great portrait. I like that the whites are a little blown out.

this is great work dear Jeff... really like the diagonal perspective and the skin textures and tones you achieved.... also, the white background helps a lot Melissa to pop out and her face be the centre of attention without outside distractions.... beautiful expression and work in generall.... keep up my friend.... emy
PS: for a strange reason my mail has a problem the last days and can?t really send any reply/new mail (though i am receiving normally)... hope it is fixed soon (couldn?t find another way to contact you and let you know)... lol & kisses...

I absolutely love her expression!! Great capture. I actually like how her dress is blown out a little because it makes the dress look "sketched" on to her body (in particular, at her left thigh). A very stunning composition of the beautifully stunning Melissa. Sid

Thank you again Carol. Her skin is showing some blotchiness but that is the "natural" her. You know what I had to do to her skin to hide the veins and reddness showing through. Her skin works so much better in B&W

Carol, thank you for your comment. I am surprised that no one is pointing out the blownout dress - didn't post it for days because of that. I am glad you like it, Carol.

Thank you Karen. Believe it or not, it was shot on purpose diagonally, instead of by accident as usual - LOL! I appreciate your comments as usual also. Jeff

Lovely Melissa! Jeff, I need to ask you how did you succeed to have her body so darkened , in contrast with the place she stays on:) might be a silly question, tho I need your answer! this is what I like most at this photo!
