We drove out into the Arapahoe National Wildlife Reserve near Walden, Colorado. The prairie dogs were so used to people and cars that, often, they wouldn't even get out of the road and we would have to drive around them. That made them very easy to photograph.

Greetings Fred, Photo is a good capute of this critter, Showing nice detail in the fur right down to the dirt on him/her, nice life light in the eye, I never realized that they had such long claws. best regards, Sandra
