Hi Dr. Craig... looks like a nice eve in Coos country...So you like my back lit trees. They look much better on paper than on line. much more contrast and bettr blacks... take care...thanks for the words

Hi Mike; I like this a lot-- in fact, "my kind" of photo. I might like to play with the contrast some, but then the soft look would be lost, and maybe the high key look too. I'd also like to try this with a slight sepia toning.
Don't mean to be critcal-- just thinking while typing. I like the back lit nature of this a lot. Yeah I know-- I shoot to many sunsets, but I love doing it knowing that I can improve lighting to what I actually saw-- via PSP. Neither film or digital sensor can capture the dynamic range that is actually there. Hi to D. Cheers. Craig

Tree shots are difficult I find but this one shows a new view, attractive result, like the texture of this whole pic, unreal but touchable. Good experiment, well done. Regards Jorg

Great tone and composition - usually tree shots have a feeling of enclosure -- this one seems very open due to the high key tones .. K
