Damn this is pretty. I would like to suggest that the photograph needs to be cropped so that there is less sky and so that the end of the water is not visible (making it look as if the waterway continues on past the edge of the frame). This would help emphasise the main subject (the man on the boat) and increase the sense of movement within (and ultimately out of) the image.
