Le problème de l'infra-rouge, semble-t-il- est que plus l'appareil est perfectioné plus les filtres low-pass (premier filtres des capteurs) sont forts, de manière à améliorer la qualité des images parait-il, (il éliminent souvent les basses et hautes fréquences lumineuseinfra-ultra), c'est pour ces raisons là que j'ai gardé un G3 car, avec les nouveaux cela va être plus dur, et que le G3 est un capteur qui ne filtre pas complètement les infra-rouge .. alors que le G5 je n'en suis pas sur, car très récent !
Si tu veux plus d'infos n'hsite pas à m'envoyer une bafouille (cela dit je ne suis pas spécialiste, mais j'aime beaucoup cela aussi)

Merci pour ta reponse Rui, je ne sais pas si cela est possible de mettre un filtre IR sur le G5. je sais que j'ai un ojectif grand angle et un objectif macro, car le G5 est du type "bridge".. Il faudra que je vois cela ;) car les photos que tu fais avec un tel filtre me plaise, et comme j'aime tout essayer... A bientot

Hello Fabrice,
I still have my G3 because with it I can do Infra-red (with a hoya Filter), but it's limited to 4mpix, a bit small to have 20x30cm enlargments... I had analogic Canon Camera (and quite good lenses) before the G3, then naturally I went to the canon10D, and with the 6.3mpx I can do bigger enlargements, this camera is very very flexible (if you take some time to learn it), and you can do EVERYTHING with it (even shoot at 3200ISO with good quality, but the 1600 ISO is better). But it's heavier, it's why I kept my canon G3 (my "appareil tout terrain") I will use in some weeks when I will go to brasil for my work. I would prefer the G5, like you but was not sure if Infra red was possible ...
Canon 10D is very good, the 20d is now even better (but more loudly than the 10D, it can be annoying too).

Nice this one. and BIP is well deserved :). I saw that you had a G3 before. Are you satisfied from your EOS 10D? No regrets for the G3?
