This shot succeeds, because your model is focused on an activity. She's doing something. I think many of the shots in this series seem emotionally detached because the model is just...standing there.

Nice composition. Lovely colors. I like the fill flash effect. The background and power lines are a just bit distracting but over all I love this pic and the model too.

Nice composition Benjamin. For me, the lighting is fine and not bright. Guess you learned the way others told you to do. A small portion of a bit bright lighting on her upper legs is not even disturbing for me. Fine model too. I hope I can do the same someday. Cheers! joey
