About Just my son waiting for the bus on the first day of school. You could cut the tension with a knife! I don't know who was more nervous me, or him? It was his first day time to ride the bus and he is attending a new school this year!

Thanks Amanda! Yeah, I tried to go with a photojournalistic approach on this series, and not the typical posed stuff. I got three of him sitting at the window, and this was the best one. The other ones he was growling and snarling at me! He's like his mum, not a morning person!! LOL!

Hi Dale Ann, I love how you don't take all cheesy shots, I love his mouth in this -its cute AND real!! You can see the tension in his eyes and his tight jaw (which is probably why he is pulling funny faces)! It'll be me next year - aarrrhhhh!

Thanks Margaret! It was a little tense, but once he got outside with the other kids, he never even looked back! I was glad, and sad all at the same time!!

Oh my word, what a great shot to keep to remember this special occasion, I'm sure Mum's often suffer more than the children at various stages of their life.
