About This is the door of Fujairah Fort.. The fort has been renewed recently, that's why it doesn't look so old. ;)

Hi,Sara
Actually this small door used to be daily only entry and exit source. Initially used for the forts and castle where the governor or the Sultan receives his guests, as of very important person then it is a must for, respect to be shown as a friendly or enemy persons received by him so they all knee down and lower their heads to inter no other choices and that is the goal for its small size. Well Saeed, I'm not sure why, as I remember, it wasn't big enough for people, it was small.. maybe to pass things without opening the door.. I don't know.. Do you know?
