Nice pastel colors but the sky is a bit burned out. Gradient filter might have helped. Perhaps my imagination but the water seems to be running uphill; perhaps a trick of perspective or vantage point?

Hi Jeffrey,
Wonderful balance - the horizontal dividing line you created with the waterline is like a fulcrum. The "heavy" mill closer to the fulcrum is balanced by the "lighter, smaller" mill at the left edge, away from the fulcrum. I never thought of using "mechanics" as a photo-design concept, but it really works here in your photo!
Also, you've got a great balance between the real and the reflections, and between the water and the sky.
Best regards, SteveR

Oops. I didn't not even notice that I forgot to place this in the Netherlands. Good pick up! Thanks.
