Hi Colleagues,
I spend 3 wonderful days in the region of the "Gauli-Glacier". The way there was the pure hell. 4.5 hour hiking (I died 3 times)with two backpacks (one with my photo equipment and one for the other things).... but it was worth. This area is unbelievable - pure nature.
I captured this scene handhelded with UV- and Polfilter.
WOW! it is so hard to put into scale how large this is. Definitely worth carrying the camera bag for! I was the same, I had to take my ancient SLR when travelling, but it was so worth it. I like the mist of clouds you have left on the top of the photo, a subtle touch. Well done! Cheers, Alice. )
This is the most amazing shot, I can't imagine trying to get to such a place, congratulations on both, you were certainly well rewarded with this view. Can't speak highly enough of it, will go in my favourites and get 7+++++++++ Margaret
