Don't know what to say about this one really. I was out walking the streets of the town where I live with a camera and happened upon this. Just thought it looked interesting.
The 24-120 works well for me, especially since I use a tripod for most of my shots. While it's not a fast lens (f/3.5 to 5.6), the focal legnth is really versatile. Works great on the N80 and the D70.
Great image Robert, you have an excellent eye. I really like the way this is composed, the tilt adds a degree of tension that really compliments the B+W. Seems we have commonalities with gear. We each have a D70, and although it is called an F80 here in Canada, the same film camera. Tell me, do you like the 24-120???? I've been thinking of upgrading the 28-80G that comes with the F80.
Robert, This is a beautiful black & white image you have taken. It makes me want to come over the hill to Greenville and check things out. I love the composition and angle in which you captured... looking at the thumbnail, I thought you had taken it in a restroom!
