I arrived at your photos, Mr Cartwright, from those of Maria Luisa Vial, a close friend and dear soul and not a moment too soon. Your photos are something from another world and whereas, whenever I meet someone for the first time on the pages of "Usefilm" I usually comment on the last photo that person uploaded, the first one I see, in your case I chose your "Moon Glow". Its monochromatic B&W makes it dramatic, almost frightening and definitely leaves a deep impression.

YES! Richard it's a Composite....I took the Moon Shot a Few Days before the Cloud Formation...I ahd been hoping for the Full Moon But Missed it due to Cloudy Night Skies!.....Well at Least I tried...I Guess it takes Lots of Practice!

Nice composition. Somehow I believe the moon was added, I don't know why or.... perchaps this is because the moon is pretty bright and if I looks on the clouds I think it must be soft day at this time because the brighter area of the clouds is at the other past of the cloud (looks the lighting cames from the right and not from the moon)
Not big deal of caurse, the composition is nice, especialy in B&W something unique for these type of photos.

Hi Jeff, Excellent dark tones, and a very impressive sky you captured here. The moon is a tad too crisp for the sky, but I like the effect. Applying a slight blur would be the solution. It looks rather stuck in.... Creative job, though.
