Hala Abeer, use photoshop as follows:
1. Open your pic on a layer and duplicate it.
2. select the duplicated layer and then go filter - other - high pass and chose a number, higher number means higher sharpness .
3. then merg and the layers ....

You have 3 excellent compose elements:
1. Moving your subject to the edge or the corner of the frame ( this is a crab spider)
2. Using contrast to set your subject off a side so it is easily spotted
3. Blur background to draw attention to the subject
