Thank you Gabriela for your nice comments. St Petersburg is a very beautiful city, probably more so since 1973. And, I did go digital last year, bought myself a Nikon D70 and love it. It sure beats scanning 4x6 prints that never seem to be very sharp after the scan.

This is my favourute location in St. Petersburg!!! This canal and that Church at the end of it. I spent one of the White Nights sitting on a bench, in a small park in the nearness, and looking at an album with photos at 10PM. It was clear like in the afternoon. This was in 1973 and I still remember this town with a thrill in my heart.
