I cant remember what happened sadly. Thanks for the analysis but I cant see me telling him whats wrong with his stance and swing. Not from someone (me) who apparently holds the bat like a golf club and hits it like I am playing tennis...

hmmm...tell him he needs to close his stance just a tad. He needs to relax the front foot, maybe use it as a timing mechanism...stride into the pitch. His front foot should hit the ground at the same time he hits the ball. Look at that right shoulder. It should be level. His right shoulder should be even with his left as he swings. I don't know much...but I would bet this hit either went foul or was popped up for an easy out. My best bet was it went foul over by the dugout in the corner.
