Very beautiful composition and light, and great colours! I'm comparing this to the earlier post now and I think this looks better!

Great application effect, actually the quality shot is initially perfect, the filters only add a touch, wonderful results, best regards,Saeed

Noise reduction is based on reducing a number of adjacent pixels to an extent where it consequently reduces sharpness. That is exactly what happened here. I prefer the previous one because of it sharpness. A better way of doing it is to be careful with USM. IMO if appreciated. Regards, Rob.

I thought I had already seen this one and I was going over to see if my name was here but then I noticed repost. Not sure what you did to change it but it looks fine. I look at the other one and them maybe I can tell.

Great composition and very interesting exposure. I cannot imagine how you managed to obtain such a balanced exposure, taking into account the areas with so huge difference in lighting intensity.

Congrats and many hugs.

Florin

I think it looks great. The yellow tower really stands out from the rest of the buildings but not in a harsh way. Just right. Great against the deep blue sky. It makes a fantastic contrast with the other colours being softer.

Can't tell you if it's better because I didn't see the other version, but I can tell you this one is good. I'm impressed at the natural "look" of the less brightly illuminated buildings--they hardly look like a night shot at all. I do see the difficulty of coping with the very strong spotlighting. I think you've brought it off very well. Congratulations on the D70. How do you like it?

The yellow and blue combination is very striking.
I didnt see the original but the noise level in this image is acceptable to me.

U No Who is not qualified to say any thing... but some irrelevent verbose commentary...

So, he either stops here punto

But...

he likes what he sees!

And then he wonders whether she is now better... for the golden light shows as her fleece... and smile!
best wishes!

Hi dear Jon,the settings were : 1/60 sec f 11 ISO 400 ( noise reduction on ),on tripod . Exposure mode A. Metering mode Spot. Sharpness +1 Saturation +1.
Still, due to the strong and yellow beams which lit the tower and reflected in the sky,the noise reduction in the camera's setting wasn't enough,so I had to apply another additional filter to remove it. Normally the camera performs quite well even at 800 ISO,but not in this particular case.
Many kisses...pls. don't be mad at me,I've been sick....

Indeed, too much light makes it tough. You have made it right though, great effect and colors. Excellent work. K&H Robbie.
