Hi Sandy, Good to hear from you again! Is this a one-timer, or are you truely back? Love the textures, especially the lower peeled off paing; almost if somebody went over it with paint remover without actually finishing the job. Perfect details. I like the layerd build-up of colours and textures. almotst like one of those different colours of sand in a bottle. The long shadows on top and the boney thing attached to the gate near the left edge are a very nice detail.

Cheers,

Hugo

Sandy, Nice to hear from you again. I am with PP, I missed you and your wild and candid photos. As far as this is concerned wow, talk about contrast. Anyway wish you luck. If your wondering what happened to me I have begun to shoot with slide film. I have had several good shots I wnated to send to publishers but they only excepted slide film. So I am being conservative in trying to manage my money and trying to find somewhere where it is not so expensive to develope and scan as well. I have managed to post one more pic, anyway Let me stop blabbing and keep posting the pics....maro

I like the bands of color and texture. I also like the way you succeeded in mating a Nikon lens to an Olympus body!

Reminds me of some of my own woodwork. It could use some fresh paint now that you made your image. Nice and colorful shot but not very exciting in the composition department..
