About live at the byron bay blues festival...my other shot was the guitarist from this band 'Kurtis'. The title is the song they were singing. I used a flash..

Most UN-flashy flash! Very skilfull use of it. Wish I could do half as well. Perfectly natural colours and shadwos, with some good expressions and, er, body language there.

The moment ! and the light are perfectly captured.
The red colour is a nice accent and also enhances the feeling of depth in the photo
Bravo and regards from Jan

Hi Roger, Although I think the flash freeses up the scene a bit too much, I like the combination of individual actions and the different expressions of the musicians. Undoubtedly they played very well together, and the dynamism and "swing" is clearly visible, but the lack of (visible) interaction makes it very interesting. As if composed of four different shots... Intriguing, in more than one way!

Cheers,

Hugo
