You can try FrameMaster. You can try their free one month trial first. I used it before. Its a good program and not too expensive as well.

Thank you, my friend! Unfortunately, I can't use Adobe PS( I have PSP 7.0 version), but I will try use some framing program in the nearly future, if I find it on the Net.

Hi, Marusnik, if you use Adobe PS, This will help. Please go to my portifolio and look for the image "where time is just still". In that see under the comments. I have given the details for framing to David when he wanted to know about my framing. If you like my frame, then that will help.
I try and keep framing less ostentatious. I believe frame should enhance an image and should not compete with it for attention.

This one has it all. Very well composed, and the reflection of the clouds in the water is just fantastic, adding a great deal of tension to the shot. I think I would only clone out the trees in the background, as that part is a bit distracting. Very nice shot, and well captured (in a hurry)

Very well captured. On the spur of the moment I doubt there was much time to frame the shot but it's close to perfect. I might be tempted to clone out the reflection of the trees top right though as they're a distraction.
