Hi Paolo, I like the idea behind this. I only think the lighting needs to be a bit more emphatically and slightly more selective, illuminating the flowers and casting a bit stronger shadows. I think it would add alot of tension and liven up the image considerably. Still a good shot, my friend!

Bello il passaggio dalla luce all'ombra che mette in risalto il disegno del muro. Bellissime le zone d'ombra sul fiore.

this is a wodnerful idea and difficult to realize at its optimum; one thing detracting here is: the shadows on the subject are too dark; difficult is the choice of perspective for this shot, as I may suppose; may be different light conditions should be experimented and could give a gorgeous result

"The weight of beauty" - nice title!
A lovely image, invoking feelings of serenity, relaxation and long lazy afternoons lounging in the verandah.
I like the transition from dark to light, the soft light and subdued colours. At first, I thought it was a desaturated image, with only the flower coloured in. But there are also lovely green tones in the leaves.
If I think very hard about improvements, perhaps a refletor on the left, to throw some light back at the flowers and leaves on the left, just to lift it a little bit. But that's about all I can come up with.

Fantastica!!Mi piace moltissimo la textura del muro con le sue ombre ed il chiarore che si diffonde dolcemente verso il basso fino a divenire perlaceo!!
La gerbera è un incanto!!Non l'avevo mai vista tra le maglie di una catena!! C'è sempre una prima volta!!!
