I'm from Brazil/Rio de Janeiro and that picture is from a little fishermen's village in Guaratiba (Rio). I love that place because it always has a beautiful light and the people (poor) is very happy and very friendly!

I like the somber colour pallette. The composition is good, but might work better if you could re-crop so the tree is off-center to the left and you show more of the building behind it. Overall, very nice shot.
