Thanks for your comments on my Santiago pictures.My idea is to show you a very nice town, the beauty is there, I just capture it.I hope at the end of this Argentina-Chile series, all my friend visitors get a new idea about those lovely and civilized countries,worth to visit.

It looks very tasty to me, the problem are the dark colors absorbing all the light. Try layers in PS and one of the layers brightening than match. Regards, Rob.

for the presentation, id say a bigger platter, right now it looks a little crowded. instead of the raw veggies, maybe put the fish like you did here, but on one of the side dishes you may have enjoyed along with the fish. or maybe leave one fish whole for cooking and then present it that way, just cut the eye out after cooking and replace it with a piece of black olive. just a few tricks of the trade. there are so many different things you can do. i have a couple food pics that you can take a look at in my portfolio. nice job though.
