Tamara, such a lovely portrait of your daughter. Her subtle curves of her face that make her a little girl are beautifuly lit and of course we are all drawn to her eyes. It was enjoyable reading your comments on this one and your English is very good too! :)

Re about the black background
This photos were taken in my living room. I was sitting on the window and she was standing in front of me (and window). In the back was living room in deep shadow so all I had to do in photoshop is to play with brightness/contrast and to kill just a little bit of brightnes to have complete dark in background.
I hope you understand me cause I had some trouble explaining this on english.
