I like shots like these that portray the animals in their natural surroundings. Their environment to me is as integral to the composition as the subjects themselves.

I read in your bio that you have a URL, but need someone to help set up your website. You might want to contact Christine Campbell here in UF. I helped her set up shutterbugs dot info, where you can also get a hold of her. She's the expert though, not me.

Perfect composition and depth of field. Very beautiful image with the Cranes in sharp focus doing there dances in the foreground and the out of focus tree and mountain in the background. Beautiful color contrast and light. Wonderful details. Excellent work again Fred....Best regards Harry

Bob: Sorry, forgot to include the ISO. It's now listed. I shoot everything at 400 and sometimes the noise is apparent. No noise reduction software was used, obviously.

Your sunrise picture has beautiful light, but this one has much more character, and seems to be a lot sharper. I like this a lot. What ISO were you shooting at, because the background seems just a bit noisy. Wonderful image, though.
