Great imagination here. Wonderful color and graphic elements. I think I would have liked even better with the foreground in focus to accentuate even further the graphic quality of the image (or with about 25% cropped off the bottom). I'm sorry to hear that you were ill -- glad you are better.

It's good to know you're feeling well again Barry.
A wonderful capture again. Black white and red are my favourite colour combination for this kind of work. The composition is splendid and the red in the marble is eye catching.
What I like most of all is the softness of the stripes, not easy to achieve with black and white stripe as broad as the ones in this image. You've done this very cleverly selecting the perfect balance between soft and sharp focus, which makes this image appear like an ondulated landscape where the marble is ready to roll over gently. Perfect focus on the marble, superb lighting.

Fantastic composition and lighting. One thing that seems off to me though is the sharpness between the black and white stripes. It looks as though this was over sharpened perhaps. Tough to tell. Regardless a very fine image.
