Glad you could meet my family, Antonella. Unless the shadows are very dark (and therefore seriously underexposed) I find Superia 800 has good grain. The 400 ISO emulsion is even better! Scanning it, though, produces what looks like serious grain that isn't actually there on the negative--a kind of artifact of the scanning that mostly affects the darker areas. Something a bit similar can happen in shdaow areas with digital cameras, or so I hear.

How foolish... does not one see that nude mermaid of the lake... as a slight ripple near the bridge...
BK's tone adjustment appears to enhance...
The capture suggests an invitation for a walk, and as such could be delicious!
