The intensity of the eyes and the crisp sharp image makes this very artistic. I like the way it is placed in the frame too as it gives a feeling of real intimacy. I am going to check out your portfolio. Because this is GOOD.

but on the other hand i am a lover of art..am no pro would like to learn more but am definitley attracted to the content of peoples minds wether it be in portrait form or fantasy what was that...
its a beautiful thing this thing life..i love all of its corners...wether they make me cry or laugh..at least they make me feel.

Dude nothing against you but seriously cheer up. I have been reading some of your other comments to other people and just cause you have been a "pro photographer" for 15 years doesn't mean you can diss the hell out of everyone else. All pictures are art, I don't care if its out of focus, blury, b&w, color, all red. Its art. Its what the photographer was thinking in their mind at the time that they took it that makes it art. I have been a photographer since Nov. of last year, and its people like you dissing on everyone else that make me want to stay away from taking pictures. Please don't take this comment personaly, its just I wanted to speak out about this, cause when people leave bad comments on pictures, it makes the photographer that took it feeling really bad. Now to your picture... I do like this picture alot, its very clear, congrats on the person who you took it of too. That must have been an honor.

beautiful detail, light, tones and connection with his eyes. I love it.. and I share your pain re comments.. but I know that a lot depends on when you load your pics, who else you've connected with on the site etc etc etc! My thoughts are .. and I'm sure you are the same.. that if YOU like your photos - then who else matters!
