This new yr. has brought us much snow,possibly record breaking levels...this is a natural formation of snow filling the concrete birdbath in our back yard...comments most welcome

Thanks for your comments on my lighthouse photo-- much appreciated-- and you asked to see the "bluish" original. This is/was a scanned slide, and my photo scanner is biased to dark and to blue, so that's part of it, but I think that evening was just sort of bluish anyway (1992). Anyway, I'll try to attach it here-- If you haven't used these inserts before just click on the image and wait a bit for it to appear larger. BTW, nice to meet another northwesterner-- I'm on the Oregon coast. Cheers. Craig
