The mist really gives this dead tree some life! The colours are wonderfully muted and the darkness of the tree against the mist works very well. Maybe it just needs a bit more breathing room to the right side so that the branches aren't almost touching the edge of the frame.

Nice image! I really like the details in the branches. Great mist and colors, tho I find the background a bit distracting (just a little). Perhaps more mist? Or try black and white? Or more space in the photo? I don't know. Great image nonetheless.
