Cool shot. I like how even though both the fountain and tower are centered, it still has a pleasing balance to it because of the building on the right side. I think the picture might be a little more interesting if shot more in the evening and possibly slowing down the shutter speed to let the fountain have more flow to it. Granted it would affect the depth of field, but I think it might be a nice option to play around with.
