About The interesting shape in the bottom right is from a magnifying glass that was a couple of inches away from the leaves. I used f/32 to make sure I had enough depth of field to keep the regular leaves and the magnified leaves in focus. I changed the shot to B&W because the original was lit with fluorescent lighting and I got some green shades on the leaves that made it look funny. I am going to get a magenta filter so this doesn't happen again...
