THis is wonderful! I do think that a tripod would have helped the clarity here. THere's a line of clarity that needs to either be totally abandoned or totally rectified, and unfortunately this photo has done neither. But it ALMOST does not matter due to the beautiful composition and lighting. Well done.

I use my tripod all the time,but I have to admit that the lack of steady support is what makes this photo so interesting. The movement of the camera created a nice effect on both the city streets and the clouds,resulting in an unusual but excellent night exposure! my regards,Kostas

Ok, that would have needed a tripod. But beside that, it's very good. Nice use of a long shutter speed with the cars lights. Good work!!! (think on bringing a tripod next time;)
