About Underexposed. I'm guessing the shutter speed was a lot faster cuz I was shooting directly at the sun..but I REALLY wanted to get this shot cuz I was ont he very top floor of the hotel and they were just above me..it was a pretty cool moment. Even though it came out this way, I think just the silouhettes of the planes is very cool..what do you think? Thanks.

Well geesh, thanks! You are all too flattering! I feel honored that you think I'm talented...I just like to think of myself as amateur...but I'm much willing to learn how to improve. I'm quite humble you know. Thanks again!

great composition, i think the fact that they are sillhouettes actually makes the photo better than if u could see the details of the planes
nice work

Love it Lucas!
It just fills me with so much emotion...it's like watching the Blue Angels or something...

The exposure here is ideal; anything more would have burned out the plane silhouettes, and the dark clouds only add atmosphere. Great!!

Lucas, excellent silouhette! I think if it were more exposed the sky would have more detail, but the glare from the sun would wash out the planes. Where was this picture Sunday night?

Lucas, what a shot! I don't see this as underexposed at all. It is exactly as you would see it squinting into that bright area. You caught these Thunderbirds just right and that smoke leaves an impression of the noise. I am wondering if a crop to take out the left hand cloud would be beneficial and having looked over and over I think it does.
Wonderful.
