I can see why you suggested this one-it is spectacular. I am surprised to see no one has referenced this to M.C. Escher-with people on three levels in this image. Again the patterns of the lines is amazing. That is an interesting light "fixture" with the windowlike inserts in the wall with the spotlights. Again so many nice details. Great eye!

Thank you for noticing this one, Hugo, and the kind comment. I was feeling sad for some time because this is one of my favourite shots, and it was almost completely neglected... I would have said that this kind of shot, with the textures and angles and people all at a safe, remote, distance, was the kind of picture I do best. But I'm having more FUN doing different things these days... And I am rather hooked on "fun."

Hi Roger, Amaising shot! Not only is the tonal range incredible, but also the dimension created by the two escalators. As they run in a converging direction, but to different levels, they create a very dynamic photo. Outstanding capture,
Cheers,
Hugo

Wow! You haven't gotten many comments on this. I love the '50s science fiction futuristic feel to it. The many angles and depth keep the eyes moving around the photo. Excellent.

Amazing angle; great shot. This is the sort of thing that I'm hoping to be able to see and capture one day.
