Great shot, very clear. That owl seems to be asking "what the *(&*^ are you looking at?" I love it's feet!

i dont usually like frames like this, but it works so well here. (at first i thought that the owl was looking through something to you.) i love the expression, and the frame compliments the wide-angle look of the subject. i'm so happy you go the feet too! awesome.

Agree that the framing color isn't the best (maybe try a dark gray, or black, or darker brown?), but the image is fantastic. Very sharp; you can see the "hairy" feathers on the feet and head almost glowing.

Cool owl ! Especially because of the beautiful eyes, one is like ;)
Because of the frame I feel like sitting in the birds-home myself,
somehow like the baby-owl :)
Very good work !
Bravo and regards from Jan

excellent capture
the owl is gorgeous
i like the sticks in the background also...
if you could make the frame less of a
flat color with more of a spectrum it
may tie in better with the nature of the shot...
