I like the camera angle. Most would point or look downwards to the child. This angle is on her level of the world; sort of sympathetic and empathetic to her personal plight. Like the previous photos, it has a distinct journalistic look about it. Good work!

Although she stopped weeping, but you still can see the sadness and the insecurity feeling in her eyes... my heart goes for this kid....
Did you try cropping the picture from the right side, I think there is no need to include that person who is standing far a way..
