in this digital age, yes, people know what those things mean. i shoot photographs with my SLR much more often than with my digital camera. the reason i do not record them here is because i do not record them when i take the photographs. with the sheer number of photographs that most photographers shoot, some of us feel that it is unnecessary to keep track of these details, especially with a digital camera.
