Excellent grafics. I am sure here you did PS work and the result is very good. The trees looks like 3D. Regards, JH.

I really like this shot! The subtle, subdued coloring coupled with the texturing of the snow-glazed trees and rocks gives this photo a really frosty character! Well composed and conceived! Very well done!

I'm surprised to find no other ratings or comments for this one. It's a very good view of Nature and the title is perfect. I can almost feel the frosty ground crackling underfoot, smell the snow in the air, and hear the river gurgling away! This might have worked almost as well in B&W, because there is so little colour. But what colour there is does add to the picture. The strange green of the water (glacier melt, perhaps?) for instance. Actually the texture of the water is the least convincing thing in the whole picture. If only there had been some spray or a few highlights in the water as it caught the light! As it is, it is rather lifeless and doesn't even look too much like water. But overall, this is a fine photograph. Love the symmetrical cropping and that strange sky...

Beautiful picture and composition. The lines of the ridge draw your eyes down into all of the detail in the bottom half of the shot.
Fantastic. Wish i was there :)
