The composition is very nice but the exposure is not correct. The mountains are over exposed as is the sky. What you need to do here is use a Neutral Density (ND)filter to bring down the exposure of the sky and mountains to level out the exposure. The reflection in the water is what the skies exposure should be. Get the filters and you will have a lovely shot here.
How it was overexposed was cause by the dark part of the mountain directly in front of the camera. The meter picked up on that spot and adjusted for it.
