There is a heavy color cast in this image. Color balance in PS should set it straight.
The placement of the woman isnt good. She should be higher, her hands should be way inside the bottom edge. It would be better to leave out all stuff in top right corner to totally focus on the woman and her activity.
Its a very fine motif/subject. Maybe next time you hit the bullseye.
