Amna,
Wonderful image of the girl, Terrible background, can't do much with the background, its really blown out.
So, why not get rid of the background and lighten up the girl a little. See below.

i guess you're doing the same mistake i do when i photograph something that needs two exposures.. but i came to learn that i should lock the focus on the bright part of the object.. or manually change the exposure so the picture will look less grainy and clearer..
the model is pretty.. i like the composition and the way you've focused in her upper body only.. :)

the outfit is so beautiful.. and she is a beauty :)
the low light is probably why the focus is a little off..and there is a shadow on her face.. is it from you..? hope you can take a pic of her in good light!

Amna, why don't you try making the photo in black and white and increase the contrast and the lighting... It might look better..
I think the composition is great, and I can see the girl's beauty... :)
