Really nice job!! This one has some great photojournalistic qualities as well emotional appeal. Very well lit, nice and sharp, and a great DOF here. My only nit would be that the ears are cropped out. I'm still trying to get this kind of shot, so I've got no room to criticize. This is definitely a money shot!
Very nice photo, nice subject and emotional expression, the colors are soft and well rendered, a little more space on top would have improved it, this is really a well captured moment about the horse and rider bond storytelling ... another thing I like is the detail and sharpness.
