About Okay, now I think I've done all that I can. It was suggested that I crop the image more, do some dodging, burning and sharpening; which I did. I believe it improved the image. Thanks. Other helpful comments are welcomed.

I think it's well-cropped, but appears washed out and would probably benefit from the addition of color (unless the current look is what you're striving for). To do so in Photoshop, for example, you could add partially transparent layers of color ... usually when doing so, you need to increase the contrast in the base layer. The attached image is a quickie (very quickie) illustration of what I mean.
