Just a note to say I come to your portfolio everyday and look at what you have posted...I guess I think about how I feel about your images more than I comment and then wait to tell you in person or on the phone how I feel about them .... we have not been seeing eachother as much and so I am sure this is why I have been giving you less feedback .... I think your macro work is something you should explore ... you seam to be very good at it .... your prospective is always intresting and refreshing .
P.S I hope you know how very important your friendship is to me .... not only in the photo world but in my heart. Thanks for all the great feedback, I do better ant giving you mine!

Great macro....er... make that micro;>) glad to see you getting some use out of that 60mm micro Karen. This is a nice sharp shot of an excellent blossom. I don't really care for the "outside" the border effect, but that's just a personal preference, and I suspect you're having fun experimenting w/ it-- I've done some weird border too!. Cheers. Craig

Excellent presentation Karen. Good angle of photo. Beautiful macro but IMHO need more light. I know it is difficult, try to take macro photo of flowers wiht the light of the sun. If you have not a good source of light, try to use a tripod with a slower shutter speed but with greater DOF. Well done Karen.
