hello Ursula :-)
I opened your beautiful portfolio after reading your nice comment on my "run ten thousand miles..." picture.First of all I need to say that the title of my photograph has nothing to do with the image itself - it's just a verse from a song I was listening while uploading it... :-p
so,about this one here: the view is fantastic,and the weather conditions create a very special mood.The composition is effective enough,but it might be even better if you moved the camera a little up and to the right so as to include more of the sea and sky in the frame,while still keeping a big part of the shore in the picture. I also think that the foreground should be sharper.
as for the post-processing part,I don't believe you have overdone it. Since YOU like the looks,it means it's OK. ;-)

Hi, Ursula! Another great picture of yours. I very much like the dreamy look of the dark clouds and of the coastline in the background. I don?t think you?ve overdone the post-processing, because I can barely see any post :-)
The greenish vignetting to the left looks almost natural, natural to the physics of the camera, that is...
After all, it's the atmosphere of the place and time a good photo should capture, isn't it? In this respect, this photo really delivers!
