About I know this is almost the same as another shot I recently uploaded (Sunset on Cobo Bay) but it is a different slide, promise! The sky I think is better in this one although I prefered the foreground in the other. I'm becoming more and more proficient in Photoshop with each photo and have been able to apply better techniques with this one. I assure you nothing at all has been added or removed from the original but I have enhanced colours and altered levels. To tell you the truth, this altered image looks more like the projected slide than the the unaltered scan.

I would like if anyone has the time, for you to take a look at my other, similar picture 'Sunset on Cobo Bay' and let me know which you prefer based on light and colour. I thank you in advance for viewing and any comments and suggestions.

Exellent photo. I like the colours and the light. I saw your picture 'Sunset on Cobo Bay' but I prefer 'Sunset on Cobo Bay #3'. Regards, Monika.
PS. It was very sad to read about your dog, your friend...

this photo has very natural colors, usually these kind of landscape-shots has "filtered colors" with strongly added saturation. I`m a seadog myself, so this is my favorite area of photography. excellent job!!!

Daniel, You have a very interesting portfolio, your work is truly inspiring. In this image I like the yellow glow on the horizon and the effect produced by the long exposure on the water, the green plants on the rocks add a lot to the composition (IMO at least) because they give a feeling of fertility to the whole scene. :)

As for the Cobo Bay series, I have to say my favorite is "Sunset on Cobo Bay #2", I love dark and high contrast photos as you can probably guess from the images on my portfolio, and even better than that is "SLIP aWAY" I just love that picture. :)

PS, thank you a lot for your comment on my "Just a sunset iv", that's the kind of comments I'm actually looking for.
Photography is such a subjective matter, everyone sees things from a different perspective, at the end it just comes down to personal taste.

I hope my comment don't get lost becaouse of my bad english.
Best regards,

I like each of them, but I believe this is my favorite. The one thing I miss just a bit on this one is the green on the rocks. It seems just a bit more vibrant on #2. That is just a tiny point. This image is lovely. I really like the long exposure. What a beautiful place!

I like this shot but not as much as the 1st. You had much better lighting on the previous one.

Wonderful picture and excellent use of a slow shutter speed. The sunset on Combo Bay #2 is my favourite, but this one is also fantastic!!!!
