Beautiful baby! This is beautifully framed and lit. Nice DOF, as well. Personally I would try and clone out some of that distracting line that starts from Olivia's forehead and finishes on the right of the frame. It might be difficult to achieve but IMHO, it will improve a beautiful picture like this dramatically.
