Interesting night shot. Generaly, when you take photos in night, always you will have problems with noise. Some cameras have a tool that fix little bit the noise. Also you can use big aperture and because of that you can have little bit less exposure... little bit faster shutter speed, so less noise - grainy problem.

Your ligting is your nemisis here too....might consider cropping from the left to take out the distracting white (light)...once again you have captured a good composition but really need the details more...it might be helpful if you listed your camera and settings

who is that "....." that only gives you 1 for this one? I think it is different and original and quite spooky, a bit like your B&W of the shadow on the beach. I like it.
