Cool picture. I think I would have some more air on the right side and maybe less of the left part of the aligator. Good DOF.

I find it a bit to dark and lacking some contrast... Even though the background is blurry, it still feels in a way like if the crocodile melts in to the background. Perhaps if you try with "levels" in photoshop and lighten up the whites and darken the darks it will pe perfect. It seems to be a really great quality shot, and I think it's really worth it to try and lighten it up. Otherwise I find it excellent! Very interesting and good capture!
